ORRS will complete a CMA (comparable market analysis) and a net sheet making an educated guess on what your house should sell for and how much you will “net” at the closing table. A net sheet can’t be completed for you unless we know your payoff balance. An ORRS representative will either meet you in person to discuss the CMA and Net Sheet via telephonic conference. To create an accurate CMA an onsite visit is needed but not required.
